This question is brought up often among conversations between friends. It is okay to still have a relationship with your ex?

Many women struggle with this problem, and even a few men. Some people just don’t know how to end ties, either it be sexually or just platonic. All things are suppose to expire but is that honestly the case with every relationship you so happen to fall into.

Love is probably one of the most complicated four letter words on the planet. You can’t really define it, but Webster wouldn’t agree with me on that one. Your brain and heart can’t even agree so screw the definition.

Growing up you always hear people say “don’t live in the past”, that saying is there for a reason ladies. You can not possibly move on by still having the door to your past open. You will always compare your new to your old.

Don’t get me wrong, its okay to be cordial. No one want to be that bitter ex that everyone talks and laughs about. But the only way to move forward is to not look back.

“Oh I call him for advice” – Do you think your ex is honestly going to give you the best advice on your new relationship. Girl Bye!

“Your being bitter if you can’t be friends with your ex” – Explain you calling and hanging out with your ex to your new man. Let’s see how long that relationship last.

“I just like to know what’s going on with him” - Why do you honestly care what he doing? You aren’t over that and you need to work through that.

Like I always tell my girls, at this age we are dating to find the one, not dating for fun. Its time to keep it moving and get happy.
